AUTUMN MICHAELIS is aself-taught recipe creative, mom to 5 boys, and Whole30’s Coaching Manager and Certified Coach. Autumn loves making budget-friendly, no-fuss recipes for herfamily of 7 who have eaten Paleo-ish since 2017, which she shares on Whole Food for 7.
