Regardless of how you see yourself, you’re a hero in your kid’s eyes.
After more than 30 years as a practicing pediatrician treating thousands of children, I’ve learned the art and skill of how to communicate and connect with kids.
And as a parent of 4 adult children, I also know too well what it’s like to feel inadequate as a parent, even helpless at times.
Just like you, I’ve felt the weight of guilt, overwhelm, and disappointment when I think I’ve failed. I understand the frustration from arguing with my kids, struggling to discipline, and worrying about whether or not they’ll turn out to be great adults.

I’ve studied the data. It clearly shows how a parent’s love and guidance in children’s lives makes a huge impact in helping them develop into healthy, kind, and resilient adults.
But you have to put in the work every day.
Early in my career, one of my mentors told me:
If you really want to help your patients, help their parents. Because once their parents feel good about parenting, you don’t have to worry about the kids.”
That’s why I’ve dedicated my life’s work to equipping parents to raise strong children, based on medical, psychological, and time-tested truth. What sets me apart from other parenting is my unique blend of medical expertise, faith-based insight, and decades of hands-on experience with families.
Medical Insight
As a pediatrician, I helps parents address challenges from a medical perspective, with confidence and compassion.
Faith and Character Development
Grounded in faith and character development, I teach parents how to raise children who strive to be good rather than merely happy, and how to see the world through their kids’ eyes to better understand what drives their behavior.

You can win the heart of your child, and it’s easier than you think. When you learn to fill their core needs, you become their anchor. Your kids become resilient, strong, and can handle the pressures of life.
